Polyanna — Polymarket Intelligence

Terms of Service

Last updated: February 26, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Polyanna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Polyanna platform, operated by MissingLayer B.V. Polyanna is a data analytics platform that aggregates and displays publicly available trading data from Polymarket, a prediction market on the Polygon blockchain. We provide leaderboards, trader profiles, bot detection, and trade history analysis. By using Polyanna, you agree to these Terms.

2. Data Collection and Sources

2.1 Blockchain Data

Polyanna aggregates publicly available on-chain data from the Polygon blockchain. All trading data displayed on this platform — including wallet addresses, trade history, positions, and profit/loss figures — is derived from publicly broadcast blockchain transactions. This data is:

  • Publicly available to anyone with a blockchain explorer
  • Not considered personal or private information
  • Collected from Goldsky subgraph indexers and historical datasets
  • Supplemented with market metadata from the Gamma API

2.2 What Data We Display

We display the following publicly available on-chain metrics:

  • Wallet addresses and their associated trade history
  • Profit and loss (PnL) calculations
  • Trading volume and position sizes
  • Win rates and return on investment (ROI)
  • Bot detection classifications
  • Market participation and timing data
  • Leaderboard rankings across multiple categories

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store:

  • Real-world identities associated with wallet addresses
  • Private keys or wallet credentials
  • Off-chain personal information linked to traders
  • IP addresses of traders whose data we display

3. Google OAuth Integration

Polyanna offers Google OAuth as a sign-in method. This section describes how we access, use, and store Google user data when you sign in with your Google account.

3.1 What Google Data We Access

When you sign in with Google, we access only the basic profile information provided through the OAuth consent flow:

  • Your email address (for account identification)
  • Your display name (if provided by Google)
  • Your profile picture URL (if provided by Google)

We do NOT request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google services.

3.2 How We Use Google Data

The Google data we access is used solely for:

  • Creating and authenticating your Polyanna account
  • Displaying your email address in your account settings
  • Sending account-related communications (if applicable)

3.3 How We Store Google Data

Authentication is handled by Supabase, our authentication provider. When you sign in with Google:

  • OAuth tokens are managed by Supabase and stored securely in their infrastructure
  • Your email address is stored in our user profiles database
  • Session tokens are stored as encrypted HTTP-only cookies in your browser

3.4 Sharing of Google Data

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties. Your Google data is:

  • Never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties
  • Never used for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes
  • Never shared with external services, partners, or affiliates
  • Only disclosed if legally required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities pursuant to valid legal process

3.5 Revoking Google Access

You can delete your Polyanna account at any time from the Account settings page, which permanently removes all associated data. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Some features require an account. You can sign up using email and password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Tiers

Polyanna supports public browsing plus optional registered accounts. Without an account, you can browse leaderboards and public trader profile summaries. Free accounts unlock the full Analysis section on trader profiles and account tools such as API key management. Additional paid features may be introduced later and will be described clearly in-product if they launch.

4.3 Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data, including your profile, preferences, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Polyanna for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data beyond reasonable personal use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
  • Use the platform to harass, stalk, or harm other users or traders whose data is displayed
  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
  • Redistribute or commercially resell data obtained from Polyanna without prior written consent

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

6.1 Data Sources

All trading data is pulled directly from on-chain blockchain transactions and market metadata APIs. We do not modify or fabricate this data. However, on-chain data may have delays, gaps, or discrepancies due to blockchain indexing timing, API availability, or data processing.

6.2 Not Financial Advice

Polyanna is a data analytics tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not make trading or investment decisions based solely on information displayed on Polyanna.

6.3 Bot Detection

Our bot detection algorithms use heuristic analysis of trading patterns. Bot classifications are probabilistic estimates and may not be accurate in all cases. A wallet being classified as a "bot" or "human" is an analytical assessment, not a definitive determination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Polyanna platform, its design, proprietary analytics algorithms, bot detection models, and all original content are owned by MissingLayer B.V. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. On-chain data displayed on the platform is publicly available and is not claimed as proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Polyanna integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

  • Supabase — Authentication, database, and real-time services
  • Google — OAuth authentication provider
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection
  • Goldsky — Blockchain data indexing
  • Polymarket / Gamma API — Market metadata

We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Polyanna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissingLayer B.V., its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses from trading or investment decisions made based on data displayed on Polyanna
  • Inaccuracies, delays, or gaps in on-chain data
  • Incorrect bot detection classifications
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service availability

You acknowledge that your use of Polyanna is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MissingLayer B.V., its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Polyanna platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time
  • Request information about what personal data we hold about you
  • Revoke third-party authentication access (e.g., Google)
  • Contact us to request correction or deletion of your personal data

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Polyanna after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
